Education

I studied exercise science and coaching fundamentals during my Master’s and PhD programs at UCO & OSU. I am a published academic author in exercise and coaching. I obtained USAV CAP I & CAP II, then became the first coach in Oklahoma to obtain BCAP for beach volleyball.

Staying educated is vital to being a trusted practitioner.

Philosophy

I meet each player & family where they are and then I lovingly push us forward with clear communication and expectations. I am an agent of change! Be ready to learn and grow when you are on the floor with me. I am a problem solver who utilizes my education to inform my approaches. I also believe children should enjoy their experiences with all Youth Sports.
