Michael Miller

Coach Michael has been playing volleyball for nearly 15 years and has enjoyed improving his game every time he hits the court. In 2023, he assembled a team of Oklahomans to compete in the USAV Adult Open Nationals, going up against some of the top players from around the country. Coach Michael currently travels to compete in some of the largest and most competitive grass tournaments in the surrounding states. He is in his 12th year of active duty in the Air Force. Being in the Air Force has not only ensured he has received ample training in leadership but also provided him with the tools to inspire the leaders of tomorrow. While serving in the Air Force, Coach Michael ran his squadron’s intramural sports program for two years and also coached teams in both soccer and volleyball. This will be Coach Michael’s second season coaching with the OKC Heat, and he is excited to share his volleyball knowledge with the next generation of players so they too can develop a love for the game.
